Aloe vera

Aloelle's heroine base ingredient of Skin Replenish because of it’s super hydrating qualities, ability to help stimulate a natural production of collagen, hyaluronic acid and elastin fibers within the skin, abundance of anti-oxidants/anti-inflammatories AND anti-microbial properties. Aloe vera can reduce the appearance of dark spots, fine lines and wrinkles, scarring and can aid in relieving eczema and psoriasis.

Organic Shea butter
(Vitellaria paradoxa)
A fat derived from the Karite tree, native to the dry savannahs of West Africa. Used for centuries medicinally, its concentration of fatty acids, vitamins A, E & F and anti-inflammatory and anti-microbial properties make it another “must have” in skin care. Easily absorbed into the dermis, shea butter can naturally soothe and smooth, plumping the appearance and protecting the skin's ability to produce natural oils.

 

Organic Cocoa butter
(theobroma cacao)
Derived from the sacred cacao tree, it’s similar to chocolate as it melts at body temperature. Another big-hitter in hydration, cocoa butter can lock in that moisture whilst protecting the skin from aging free radicals. Being a very stable fat, its perfect for most skin types and can be excellent in treating dermatological conditions. Aloelle use unrefined organic cocoa butter of which you may find the odd speck. It's perfectly natural and it helps to preserve the shelf-life of Aloelle products.

 

Organic Coconut oil
(cocos nucifera)
Aloelle uses only cold-pressed, organic virgin coconut oil, to retain the nutrients vital to performing a calming effect on the skin. It’s anti-viral, anti-fungal and anti-bacterial properties can help to accelerate the healing of wounds as well as providing deeply penetrating moisture which 'locks' into the upper layers of the skin.

 

Organic Jojoba oil
(simmondsia chinesis)
Produced from the seeds of the jojoba plant, it’s technically not oil, but a wax, it works as an excellent barrier to seal in moisture and nutrients and block harmful environmental damage. Organic jojoba oil contains vitamin E, speeding up cell regeneration in both skin and body and a vitamin B complex that guards against cell damage.

 

Rosehip oil

(rosa canina)

Produced by pressing rose hips, the oil is packed with vitamins, anti-oxidants and essential fatty acids. Aloelle believe that it can work wonders in regenerating and healing skin.

ESSENTIAL OILS

Gurjun Balsam
(Dipterocarpus turbinatus)
Added primarily for its woody, calming scent Gurjun Balsam also holds anti-inflammatory and anti-septic properties that can aid respiratory issues and improve skin health. 

 

Rose Geranium
(pelargonium roseum)
Known for it’s many soothing properties, rose geranium is popular in skincare for its ability to re-balance oil production, alleviate skin ailments and reduce scarring. We chose to add it specifically for it’s ability to improve circulation and rejuvenate dull skin plus its scent is calming and grounding.

Lemon
(citrus limon)
Unsurprisingly, lemon oil is a great anti-septic, anti-microbial, astringent detoxifier. Added into your skin care, it re-energises tired looking skin as its also great at hydrating and locking in essential moisture. As with other citrus oils, it lifts the mood and, even when applied topically, can help with respiratory problems.

 

Lavender
(Lavandula Augustifolia)
Popular in skin care for a variety of reasons, it has anti-inflammatory, anti-fungal, anti-microbial and anti-oxidant properties that can help heal wounds and clear up rashes. It can also reduce redness in the skin, leaving it glowing and rejuvenated.

 

All of the ingredients used by Aloelle have been laboratory tested, but our formulas have been tested on humans. We strongly advise that you patch test beforehand, after carefully reading the ingredients listed (testers are available) and if you have OAS (oral allergy syndrome) it is likely that Aloelle products will be unsuitable owing to the citrus content.

Aloelle srongly advises spot testing to indicate and adverse reaction before general appplication to the skin.
